Both.

Our shirts are designed as football jerseys, but many of our customers wear them as part of their everyday wardrobe.

What's the difference between Fan Version and Player Version?

Fan Version

  • Relaxed everyday fit

  • More comfortable for casual wear

  • Ideal for most customers

Player Version

  • Slim athletic fit

  • Lightweight performance fabric

  • Heat-pressed details

  • Closest version to what players wear on the pitch

If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for Player Version shirts.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide.

Football shirts can fit differently depending on the version:

  • Fan Version: Regular, relaxed fit

  • Player Version: Slim athletic fit

If you're unsure, send us your:

  • Height

  • Weight

  • Preferred fit (relaxed or fitted)

We're always sourcing new releases, classics, retro favourites, and hard-to-find shirts.

Can I customize my shirt?

Yes.

Many shirts can be customized with:

  • Player namesets

  • Custom namesets

  • League patches

  • Tournament patches

Simply select the customization option before checkout and enter your preferred details.

If you have specific requests that aren't available on the website, feel free to contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

Are your shirts ready-to-ship or preorder?

Most shirts are available through our preorder system.

This allows us to offer a wider range of kits, including new releases, future classics, and harder-to-find designs that aren't typically available in local stores.

Ready-to-Ship items will always be clearly marked on the product page.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Preorder Items

Most KITS & GLORY products are sourced through our preorder system.

Orders are processed after each preorder cycle closes. Once your order is confirmed, sourcing and fulfillment typically take approximately 2–4 weeks before dispatch.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Items marked as Ready-to-Ship are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules, customs processing, holidays, and peak football seasons.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes.

We ship throughout the Philippines, including Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

Will I receive tracking information?

Absolutely.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once a preorder has been confirmed and submitted for sourcing, production, or fulfillment, cancellation requests can no longer be accommodated.

This helps us maintain efficient processing and secure inventory for all customers.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our business, most products are sourced specifically for each customer through our preorder system.

As a result, all sales are generally considered final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect customization details provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier services or customs processing

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, customization details, and size charts before placing an order.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We carefully inspect all products before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide clear photos of the issue.

We'll review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Can I return a customized shirt?

Customized shirts cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a production error or an issue caused by our team.

Please review all names, numbers, and patch selections carefully before completing your purchase.

How should I wash my football shirt?

To keep your shirt looking its best:

  • Turn inside out before washing

  • Use cold water

  • Hand wash or use a gentle cycle

  • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners

  • Do not tumble dry

  • Hang dry in the shade

  • Do not iron directly over namesets, numbers, badges, or patches
